    A quiet escape in the woods

    Surrounded by majestic trees, the hotel offered a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation after days on the slopes. Impeccably clean facilities and a lovely indoor pool.

    The shuttle service to the center was quite limited, leaving us scrambling to find alternate transport at times. It's a bit of a hike to the slopes in ski gear as well.

    Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was great really close to the slopes that are on the Rila side. Loved how the rather spacious and warm standard room with sofa was arranged when we arrived. The food was lovely, with variety of options

    Positive, We loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment with fine mountain views. The spa was a highlight, especially the saunas and relaxation room after skiing. Breakfast offered great choices, and there was plenty of delicious food at dinner. A wonderful family getaway 😊

    Spacious and comfortable rooms with wonderful mountain views.

    The experience was marred by very poor breakfast quality, with the same limited options each day. The lobby and kids club were uncomfortably cold, significantly impacting our stay. We faced numerous inconveniences like a broken kettle and hair dryer.

    Its close to the ski slope (5min walking). The spa is new and nice. The bedroom is confortable.

    Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. Most of the staff (including the waiting staff) don't speak english. Breakfast is very very poor. The receptionist wasn't helpful. No internet conections on the rooms (just on the lobby). Poor services. I was expecting much more for a 5 star hotel.

    We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The surroundings were plush and very comfortable with good sized bedrooms.

    Some rooms in the spa were out of action. It was difficult to understand the final bill as it was in Bulgarian.

    Comfortable Stay, but with Room for Improvement

    Our family enjoyed the indoor pool after long ski days and found nearby trails fine. The outdated decor and limited room service detracted from our overall experience. Future guests should consider upgrading to a higher star category for better amenities.
